The guest house's garden restaurant and café is set in a covered veranda, as well as in the green courtyard, and offers an appetizing variety of freshly prepared vegetarian dishes, including home-made pasta and rice dishes, pies, quiches, lasagnes, traditional Tibetan and Nepali dishes, organic spelt bread, fresh fruit salads, homemade yogurt, and peanut butter. We offer a wide variety of beverages including cold drinks, teas, lassis, filtered coffee and delicious masala chai. The kitchen staff takes care to keep the highest standard for health and hygiene, and the vegetables and fruits are organic, and completely purified. We do not use MSG. |
